Breathwork with Brigitte | Welcoming in Gratitude Month

Whatever may be happening in our lives, gratitude helps us cope with our daily problems and reduces stress and anxiety. Gratitude is one of the shortcuts to finding peace and happiness within. It connects us to the world around us and to ourselves. Join this workshop as we focus on gratitude while using our breath to expand our happiness, create a loving relationship with our self and improve our overall well-being.

This workshop will include Breathwork, an upbeat playlist of music, essential oils and time for integration (a silent meditation). In this gentle, yet powerful session you will breathe, laugh, yell and maybe even cry. It is healing. It is love.

Breathwork is an active meditation that moves stuck energy (fear, anger, anxiety, grief and negative thought patterns) in the body, using a 2-part breathing technique. As you breathe, your mind begins to quiet, endorphins are released and your heart (chakra) begins to open.

No prior experience with Breathwork or meditation is necessary.

Fee: $25.00 in advance; $30.00 pay at the door

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available at the studio, or you may bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes.
