All appointments are on a prepaid basis only. No appointments can be scheduled with out pre-payment.


24 Hour Cancellation Policy in effect for all classes and appointments. All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours ahead or client will be charged for their session in full.


All packages and services at WellNest have a 6 month expiration date from date of purchase.

All memberships are 6 Month Contracts. (Please notify us in writing before your renewal date or it will renew for an additional 6 month contract.)

No refunds, balance transfers or returns permitted.

No sharing of Memberships, Classes or Services with Friends & Family. Each individual needs their own account.


Our facility is open during class and appointment hours. As appointments can change weekly, we do not have set operation hours. On quieter days, the doors may lock after a class or appointment has begun for the safety of our clientele and their belongings. If you think you may be late to a class, it’s best to call on your way to ensure the door will be open for you.


Upon booking a service, please let us know if you have serious medical concerns so we can best place you with the most experienced professional for your needs. In some cases, we may require a medical release from your doctor before participating in physical activity.


Please arrive about 15 minutes early for your first appointment or class. This way you have a relaxed amount of time to fill out any necessary paperwork, take a tour of our facility and get comfortably accommodated for your service or class.


Prices apply to all group classes, fitness & yoga. Classes may be used for every class Wellnest offers! This does not include personal training.

All class purchases expire 6 months after the purchase date.

We prefer online sign ups ahead of class time. Please download our mobile app: "Wellnest Studios" on google play or apple store for fast and convenient scheduling.

If you reserve a class session and do not cancel at least 30 minutes prior to the class, you will loose that class with no refund as you may have prevented another member to join the class. Please be considerate of the community and always cancel prior to class via online, mobile app or through phone.

Class packages are eligible for student/senior/teacher/military discounted prices available when presented with ID. Must be presented in store to receive the discount.
