WellNest Studios, in Latham, which opened in January, is much more than a typical robo-gym or boutique yoga center. Owners Bill and Nicole Laznovsky modeled WellNest after what they found to be the most appealing characteristics of gyms, yoga and fitness studios and wellness centers. The couple feels that it’s a labor of love. “Working as much as we are, we’re still happy as can be,” says Bill. “We’re together non-stop. And there’s not a day where we hang our heads. WellNest Studios, a 4,000 square-foot wellness facility in Latham, will be celebrating its grand opening on Friday, April 24 from 4-8pm and Saturday, April 25 from 9-5pm.
The facility is split into private areas to provide a complete total body wellness experience. If you aren’t put into Zen mode upon entering the building from the walls filled with artwork that just so happens to be done by one of the owners you will be after one of the many yoga flow or meditation classes.
They offer personal training, health counseling, massage, acupuncture, energy healing , yoga, private yoga instruction, TRX, HIIT training, Cycle (Spin), Barre and later this summer....
