Our monthly meditation class is the perfect place for you to continue or begin your meditation practice.
Undertaken as a steady practice, meditation allows the mind to relax and settle. It encourages our inherent qualities of stability, clarity, joy and mental strength to emerge. At WellNest we provide you with a beautiful room to transport you to a place of peace and quiet.
Our Meditation class is a guided meditation with room for silence and reflection. Several techniques will be offered so you may find what works best for you and take it into your own daily practice.
